Is there anything worse than belly fat?

I didn’t think so. So I went on a quest to find What worked, and what didn’t. There is a lot out there.

I also found out that different bodies respond differently. I know people love keto and I know it works for some. The high fat gave me bad GERD which led to esophageal spasms which landed me in the emergency room since I thought I was having a heart attack.

I have found that higher protein and complex carbs work well. I can still drink some alcohol, but it needs to be moderate and not daily.

So hang in there.

You can do this too.

Work with your doctor to monitor your vitals. Get in regular movement.

And look into meditation.

I found that by being calmer, I reduced my cortisol which reduced my belly measurements.
